Software License

The Trusten platform — including source code (where provided), object code, APIs, documentation, trademarks, logos, UI design, and non-customer datasets — is and remains the exclusive property of Trusten and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to a valid subscription or written agreement and compliance with the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the hosted Trusten service for your internal business operations. No ownership interest is transferred.

Except as mandatory law requires, you may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the hosted service.
• Remove proprietary notices, or use Trusten marks without written permission.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own product.
• Use the software to build a competing tracking/CRM product using Trusten’s non-public designs.
• Benchmark or publish performance results without our prior written consent.

You retain rights in data you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Trusten a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the service, including backups and abuse detection.

Trusten may include third-party open-source components under their own licenses. Those licenses govern those components; this proprietary license governs Trusten’s original code and branding.

Suggestions, ideas, and feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation. Aggregated, de-identified usage insights may improve the product.

This license ends when your access ends. Upon termination you must stop using the service. Clauses on ownership, restrictions, Customer Content license (for wind-down), and liability survive as needed.

No implied licenses. Patent, trademark, and trade-secret rights are reserved. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal remedies.
