Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (an individual or the company you represent) and Trusten. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Trusten provides multi-tenant fleet tracking, rental/CRM tooling, device ingestion, and related dashboards. It is not a consumer booking marketplace and does not guarantee vehicle availability, insurance coverage, or regulatory permits for your fleet operations — those remain your responsibility.

• You must meet the Age Policy (at least 18 years old to create an account).
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• Organization accounts may require our approval before activation. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or Terms violations.

If you operate a tenant organization you agree that you:

• Have lawful bases to process GPS, customer, and staff data you introduce into Trusten.
• Configure roles and permissions appropriately and train users on safe vehicle-command use.
• Comply with transport, privacy, and employment laws in markets where you operate.
• Do not use Trusten to track individuals unlawfully or without required notices/consents.

You will not: reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows; probe or attack the service; resell access without our written consent; upload malware; scrape beyond documented APIs; or use the service for illegal surveillance, discrimination, or harm.

Trusten software, branding, documentation, and non-customer content are protected by the Software License. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the hosted service during your subscription. Customer Content remains yours; you grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.

Non-public features and pricing are confidential. Feedback you provide may be used to improve Trusten without obligation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that location data is always accurate or complete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTEN AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD 100 IF NONE).

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content, your fleet operations, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for Terms breach, legal risk, or extended inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
